Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Rank Master extension ("Extension"). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, access, or use the Extension.
The Rank Master extension may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products, services, and/or materials) or provide links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Rank Master is not responsible for any third-party content or services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Rank Master does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to You or any other person or entity for any third-party content or services. You access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
The Rank Master extension, including without limitation all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Rank Master and its licensors.
Your use of the Rank Master extension does not grant You ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Rank Master extension or the Content You access. You are only granted a limited license to use the Rank Master extension in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rank Master or its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to You for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Rank Master extension.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rank Master and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Rank Master extension.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
The laws of the jurisdiction where Rank Master operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Rank Master extension. Your use of the Rank Master extension may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Rank Master regarding the use of the Rank Master extension and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
